Chamonix Mont-Blanc is situated 88km from Geneva-Cointrin International airport; 220km from Lyon-St-Exupery Intenational airport and 171 km from Turin-Caselle International airport. There are daily public transport services to Chamonix from Geneva airport through the bus company SAT. You can also book transfer services to and from the aiport online.

By Road from Geneva Airport
Follow directions for France as you leave the airport. Go straight ahead at the first two sets of traffic lights then move into the right hand lane as you follow directions left. After customs follow signs for Chamonix Mont Blanc along the Autoroute Blanc.
At the second roundabout outside chamonix turn left into town follow the road straight over another two roundabouts, you then cross over a bridge and come to a 4th and final roundabout. Turn left and then take the first right up the Rue des Pecles the apartment building (Le Francotel) is 200m up the road on the right hand side.
By Train
You can get any of the TGV main lines from Paris; to Annecy, Lyon, Bellegarde, Chambéry - Aix Les Bains and Saint Gervais Les Bains - Le Fayet (only during some periods of the year.)
Then connections by Train Express Régional (TER) to Saint Gervais Les Bains - Le Fayet located at 20 km from Chamonix.
The Mont-Blanc Express services the Chamonix Valley from Saint Gervais les Bains to Vallorcine at the swiss border.
